License, Location Options & Cost
A Marriage License from the State of Ohio can be obtained in your county of residence or in Hocking County if you live in the State of Ohio. If neither party resides in the State of Ohio please let us know and we will provide you the information you need.
All State Park locations require a Permit or a Shelter House reservation. Costs are $40.00 for permit all locations and $40-$60 for shelter house depending on location / date.
